Mike has grown up with a passion for motorsport, starting with karting winning the TKM Championship. He started instructing at Silverstone Circuit at 14 which led to Formula Ford and Tin Top Racing in MINIs.

A move to Ireland saw Mike take up an apprenticeship with a garage preparing rally cars. Whilst in Ireland Mike competed in the Oval Racing Series, winning the All Ireland Championship in a Fiesta MK2.

Ireland was also the start of his rally career, coming 1st in class in multiple events and placing second in the Kerry Rally. Now back in England, he currently competes in his Subaru Impreza, Shania.

All of this experience makes him the perfect Manager for a rally school!

Izzie has grown up watching Formula One with her dad and has always had a passion for motorsport. She has been volunteering for her car club for the past four years.

She currently competes as a co-driver in any car that will give her a seat, as well as being the PR and Social Media Officer for the Forest Rally Stage at the Festival of Speed.

Having spent her early career working in TV and social media in Formula E, she has all the skills as well as the passion for rally needed to make a fantastic Sales and Marketing Manager.

Jordan was born in Korea and spent his early years moving around Asia, fostering a love for Japanese cars. Growing up traveling the world with the circus, he has seen just about every car imaginable.

Jordan previously worked for Crosby Composites, laminating carbon fibre parts for cars like 911 Singers, McLarens and even F1 cars.

Now Jordan spends his time fixing our cars when it all goes a little bit wrong—but remember, it’s always the instructor’s fault!

He always has a smile on his face and loves to chat about our cars so ask him any questions you have and he’ll happily chat to you about them!

Chris’ passion for cars and driving began very early in life. At the age of six he started to get time behind the wheel in the family vehicles and his kart.

Alongside his longtime professional career in music, Chris has aways continued to indulge his passion for motor racing and other driving related disciplines, racing with the 750 Motor Club, the BRSCC and the Rye House Endurance Championship. He is also an 8 times sim racing champion.

His background in endurance racing and his personal development methods have led him to successfully coaching and instructing race and rally drivers of all ages and levels. Chris brings a new way of approaching coaching to Silverstone Rally School.

Josh has been around cars and rallying since he was born. His grandad is the still the reigning caravan rally champion!

His first job was at Motor Factors selling car parts. At 14 he started competing doing Autotests, Autosolos and Hill Climbs. At 19 he bought his first race car and blew it up in his first test session! After that start he’s gone on to multiple class wins in his E30 BMW in the Future Classics series as well as podium finishes in a Mk1 Escort.

He started instructing at MSV circuits in race and rally two years ago and we’ve poached him for Silverstone Rally School!

Marcel began his rally career in a Suzuki Swift GTI way back in 1993. Since then, he has competed around the world including Rally Barbados.

Ginetta G20 Rally Car Project Driver, Mechanic and Event Support for the 2016 Vauxhall Junior Championship, and 2018 MG3 Challenge Car Test Driver are among his claims to fame.

A seasoned professional and expert instructor, Marcel has worked for many experience companies before joining the SRS Team.

Karl has always had an interest in 2 and 4-wheel vehicles, and started his motorsport career in Junior 1000 Rallying aged 15 years.

In 2016, Karl started work as an instructor and has worked with many well-known names including Sir Lewis Hamilton, Valterri Bottas, George Russell, Martin Brundle and Nick Hamilton.

Karl competed in the Northern Ireland Drift Championship with Bennett Motorsport in 2019, and competed in a few rallies in his family’s Sierra Cosworth RS500. Most recently he’s been racing and winning in the Toyota MR2 Championship.

A qualified ARDS Instructor for Silverstone Circuit, Karl brings a wealth of experience to the Silverstone Rally School Team.

Jonah began his journey here at Silverstone Rally School back in 2017, when he enrolled on the British Stunt Register Accreditation Programme. Now fully qualified, we couldn't get rid of him and he’s stuck around to instruct! You’ll find Jonah all around the rally school, sometimes in the workshop and sometimes in the cars.

In his spare time Jonah loves a bit of drifting in his Nissan 200 SX and can always help you get your car sideways.
