COVID 19 POLICY

In light of the new Government Guidance we have put processes in place to keep both our guests and staff safe.

All guests will be required to follow the guidance and will be given a detailed confirmation as to this guidance on booking.

Our premises will have sanitation stations around and guests will be required to use them regularly.  Our briefings will be outside in the open air where there is plenty of space to socially distance safely and guests will be expected to do this and we will have signs all around to remind you.  Our in door facility will be closed to bookings where the general public will be attending except for the use of our washroom facility which will be limited to one in the washroom and one waiting inside the facility to use the washroom for each facility ladies/gents.  A one way system will be in place.

Guests of drivers will be welcome but inline with Government guidance for meeting up outdoors but we request that you respect other participants too and think if it is really necessary for that person to come please limit the number you bring due to Covid 19.   We strongly recommend not bringing children as they do have a tendency to get bored. Our charge per guest will be £5 .  Please note this does not form part of any training and experience that you have purchased and allowing guests could change inline with government policy at any time.

Instructors and all vehicle occupants will be required to wear the appropriate PPE which will be in the confirmation guidance.

This will be brand new and unused and for you to take home after use should you wish cost £5.  Not juniors. All cars will be regularly sanitised. Guest drivers will sanitise their hands immediately prior to entering the vehicle and immediately on exiting the vehicle.  All touch points within the vehicle will be sanitised prior to each client getting in the car. Instructors will also sanitise their hands regularly.

All guest will be required to bring their own sustenance.

All guests will be expected to read the Covid 19 Guidance in their confirmation of booking and anyone not adhering to these policies may be asked to leave the premises and this could mean forfeiture of your driving experience.  These policies have been put in place for the safety for all.  These policies may have to change inline with Government guidance and without notice.

As this will be out of our control you agree to adhere to these terms when booking with Silverstone Rally.
