Most delegates choose to book some driver training along side their BARS test. This enables you to combine the driver training and your BARS test on the same day.
A BARS licence is the recognised qualification for most entry level rally series and is provided by the Motorsport Association (MSA) who regulates motorsport in the UK. By obtaining one you will have achieved a minimum standard for both the academic and practical knowledge of rallying which is essential for anyone before starting their rally career.

Please note the bars test can be done in either Front or Rear Wheel Drive vehicles. Please let us know when you book in the comments section of the booking form.

The test is a great introduction to motorsport and will equip you with introductory knowledge. However we recommend that driving skill training would be a great asset prior to your first event as there is no driving tuition given during the test itself The cost of a bars test is £180 on its own. However we are happy to offer a discount on training if you want to combine driver training. To Qualify for this offer they must be booked as one and bought together on the same day and time as a package. We do this as we believe it is important for you to have some quality training.
Please note when you go to the checkout package 1 is a hot ride, package 2 is cancellation insurance & 3 is coming soon and is not available for purchase at the moment!!!! If you do not require any of the 3 just dont click them and carry on through the booking system. Bars testing is available most days dependant on the combination of driver training that you require.
For those drivers who already have a National B Licence and require a further Licence signature towards National A status- this can be accomplished by attending one of our Rally Solo training courses.
